Client Cancellations: If you cancel your trip within 14 days of your scheduled date, your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, a new deposit will be required.
Guide Cancellations (Weather/Water Conditions): We may reschedule or cancel trips due to unsafe weather or poor water conditions. Please note, we do not cancel trips due to rain alone. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future available date.
Rescheduling: We’ll work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.
Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable.
All weather and water-related cancellations are made at the guide’s discretion to ensure both safety and the best possible experience on the water.
